Welcome to Plant Kitchen & Bakery! We're your go-to destination for plant-based baked goods in Winnipeg. We specialize in small-batch treats made with big love, offering everything from indulgent cookie sandwiches to crave-worthy pizza rolls and beautifully crafted cakes. Whether you catch us at one of Winnipeg's iconic markets or place a pre-order, our goal is to make plant-based living delicious and accessible for all.

We proudly cater to life’s most meaningful moments! Weddings, birthdays, office celebrations, and gatherings of all kinds. Our menu highlights both sweet and savoury offerings with the comforting flavours we’re known for. Every order is tailored with care so you feel satisfied, celebrated, and a little spoiled.

As Plant Kitchen and Bakery grows, we’re working toward opening a brick-and-mortar location that brings together the best of both worlds: decadent sweets and wholesome, feel-good deli options. All plant-based, all the time!

We're currently situated inside Windsor Park United Church at 1062 Autumnwood Drive. Pre-order pick-up only, no dine-in.

Brittany – Owner, Head Baker and Market Coordinator, Brittany founded Plant Kitchen and Bakery to combine her love for cooking, veganism and building community. She's the heart behind the business, overseeing everything from recipe development to big-picture dreaming.

Heather – Kitchen & Market Assistant, Heather supports our kitchen operations and market presence. She keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and brings a friendly face to our pop-ups and events.

Dynika – Kitchen Assistant, Dynika plays a vital role in food prep and baking, helping us deliver consistent quality in every bite.​
